Reservation Policies
• ALL RESERVATIONS ARE PRE-PAID AND CAN BE CANCELED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TRIP FOR A REFUND.
• TRIP RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE THE FULL PAYMENT IS MADE BY THE CLIENT AND RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY PRIOR TO THE TRIP.
• IT’S THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE OF ANY CHANGES TO THE TRIP BOOKING. ANY IRREGULARITIES & FAILURE ON THE CLIENT’S PART IN COMMUNICATING & UPDATING THE TRIP INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN APPLICABLE CHARGES TO THE CLIENT AS PER THE TRIP MODIFICATIONS.
• ALL CREDIT CARD RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TRIP.
• CREDIT CARD RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN A WEEK FROM THE DATE OF THE TRIP WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION AT THE TIME OF THE TRIP MATCHING THE CREDIT CARD WITH WHICH THE PAYMENT WAS MADE FROM. ANY IRREGULARITIES, SUCH AS FAILURE TO PRESENT ID ON THE CLIENT’S PART MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TRIP CANCELATIONS.
• ALL TRIPS AT PICK UP WILL HAVE A 10-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD AT NO CHARGE IN CASE OF A DELAY. AFTER 10 MINUTES GRACE PERIOD EXPIRES, THE WAITING TIME WILL BE CHARGED AT $1.50/ MINUTE PER VEHICLE.
• ALL DOMESTIC AIRPORT PICK-UPS ARE GIVEN 30 MINUTES INTERNATIONAL PICK-UP’S 50 MINUTES GRACE PERIOD AFTER FLIGHT ARRIVAL ( ARRIVAL TIME AS SHOWN ON GOOGLE.COM ). AFTER THAT, APPLICABLE WAIT CHARGES MAY BE APPLIED.
• ANY CHANGE IN THE RESERVATION 24 – 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TRIP WILL BE MADE AT NO CHARGE INCLUDING CANCELATIONS.
• CHANGES IN TRIP RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 12 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TRIP WILL BE CHARGED AS PER THE NATURE OF THE TRIP MODIFICATIONS AND MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE TRIP BEGINNING.
• IN THE EVENT OF FLIGHT DELAYS DUE TO ANY REASON, THE DRIVER TIME TO BE COMPENSATED @ $18 / HOUR ON TOP OF THE FARE.
• TALIMOUSINE AND ITS CHAUFFEURS & AFFILIATES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE OR CANCEL A TRIP AT ANY GIVEN TIME WHICH MAY BE PRIOR TO THE START OR DURING THE DURATION OF THE TRIP IF DEEMED NECESSARY FOR ANY SAFETY OR OTHER CONCERNS.
• NO WEAPONS OR ILLEGAL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES OF ANY SORT ARE ALLOWED IN ALL OF THE COMPANY VEHICLES. WE HAVE A ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY AND IT WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE TRIP CANCELLATION.
• ANY WEAPONS TO BE CARRIED ON BOARD THE VEHICLE MUST BE NOTIFIED TO THE COMPANY PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TRIP. PROOF OF CARRYING OF WEAPON MUST BE PRESENTED. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN TRIP CANCELLATION.
• NO FOOD & NO SMOKING IN THE VEHICLES AT ANY TIME.
• A 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD OF WAITING TIME IS OFFERED AT NO CHARGE. AFTER 5 MINUTES FROM THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME, THE WAITING TIME IS TO BE CHARGED AT $ 25 PER 15 MINUTES. FOR EXAMPLE, 6 PM PICK UP WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE TILL 6.05 PM. AFTER 6.05 PM, AN EXTRA $25 WILL BE CHARGED IF THE CUSTOMER GETS IN THE CAR BETWEEN 6.05 – 6.15 PM AND SO ON FOR EVERY 15 MINUTES AFTER THAT.
Cancellation Policies
• CANCELATIONS CAN BE MADE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TRIP . NON REFUNDABLE CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO TRIP MODIFICATIONS .
• ALL CREDIT CARD REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS AND WILL BE SENT TO THE CARD CHARGED AND NO CASH REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. IMMEDIATE REFUND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE.
• CREDIT CARD RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN A WEEK FROM THE DATE OF TRIP WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION AT THE TIME OF THE TRIP MATCHING THE CREDIT CARD WITH WHICH THE PAYMENT WAS MADE FROM .
